Meme me up, Aaron!

My post featuring my favorite memes inspired by "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" has inspired another post.
Meme created by Aaron Dees

This time, I'm featuring memes featuring yours truly created by my best friend, Aaron Dees. Each of them are based on "Star Wars" and are from photos taken of me at various comic book conventions.

As you can tell, I'm always asking fans dressed as "Star Wars" characters to pose for me — and if I really love what they have going on, I'll request a photo with them.

"You seek Yoda. …" Yours truly at the 2013 Lexington (Ky.)
Comic & Toy Con
Heck, I'm not proud. I'll pose with "Star Wars" props. (See the Yoda picture here and one of the memes after the break.)

I'm hoping to find a Chewbacca and/or Wookiee cosplayer at the next con so we can recreate the moment from "The Empire Strikes Back" when Chewie chokes Lando Calrissian. Sorry, I got distracted! Back on the topic …

Once Aaron saw my convention pics, inspiration started hitting. And a monster — I mean genius! — was born: the Mememaster.

Since then, I've tagged his memes on Facebook as #mememaster and when I know there's something that should inspire his fellow "goofy ass bastard" streak, I use the hashtag #mememeupaaron. (Yes, I realize that's a "Star Trek" reference and this post is about "Star Wars," but let's not get bogged down in nerdy details…!)

Aaron loooooves coming up with silly and outrageous things to say in his memes. The big bonus for Aaron is a simple payoff — I look ridiculous. And I'm completely cool with that.

I'm still waiting for him to come up with a meme for this picture below of me at this year's Wizard World in Cleveland. No, that's not an Imperial gang sign the Stormtrooper is flashing; it's a "4" because he thought my Avengers T-shirt looked like the number and didn't recognize the Avengers logo.

No, that's not an Imperial gang sign this
Stormtrooper is flashing. Yeah, it's "our secret," dude!
So Aaron, wait are you waiting for, dude?!! Meme me up!

Here's a secret — but don't tell anyone! (Wink wink! Nudge nudge!): I give him complete permission to go nuts with his memes. And truthfully, I don't regret it. Not in the least! The results are awesome.

After all, if you can't laugh at yourself … Well, I have no idea what the rest of that quote is, so enjoy these memes. Aaron and I hope you get some chuckles out of them.
