Third 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' trailer review

"I was designed to save the world. People would look to the sky, and see hope... I'll take that from them first." -- Ultron

The Avengers jump into action! (at the 1:09 mark in the third trailer)

Wow. What a trailer.

The third trailer for "Avengers: Age of Ultron" recently was released. And it's a doozie. Unlike the previous ones, this footage includes dialogue and much more footage -- or variations of the same footage than we've seen before. (Go here or my thoughts on the previous "Age of Ultron" trailers.)
he third -- and supposed final --

Unlike my other reviews, for trailer No. 3 I'm going to hit the high-points in bullet points. Enjoy -- and give me your thoughts in the comments section below.

0:12 -- Ultron speaks to Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver -- from a throne, no less. Obviously the throne is a sign of power, which Ultron loves, but this sequence also confirms my earlier suspicion that the mutant twins start out doing the maniacal robot's dirty work.

The Avengers' Big Three faces off against Ultron, Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver.
This won't end well.
Combine that footage with one later in the same trailer in which The Avengers' Big Three — Captain America, Iron Man and Thor face off against Ultron, Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver stand behind Ultron so it's obvious the siblings start out evil in "Age of Ultron" -- much like in the comics, when the twins worked for Magneto in the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. Further evidence of that is the slo-mo shot (at 1:40) of Quicksilver punching Cap in the jaw.

0:26 -- Ultron unplugs himself. Not good.

0:34 -- Why are these people running? I have no doubt it's due to some havoc caused by Ultron.

The Big Three of The Avengers -- and the Marvel Cinematic
Universe: Captain America, Thor and Iron Man.
0:39 -- Stark Tower from the first film has become the new Avengers Tower!

0:46 -- Tony Stark admits to creating Ultron. Now we know why the previous trailers have revealed so much Avengers in-fighting and why, in this trailer, Thor grabs Stark by the throat at the 1:42 mark.

0:55 -- Why is it so important for Cap to keep that car from falling?

0:58 -- Stark to Steve Rogers: "Isn't that the why we fight? So we can end the fight and go home?" This alludes to Stark and Rogers not agreeing on philosophy -- not unlike the two of them going at each other on the S.H.I.E.L.D. helicarrier in the first film before they worked together. This footage obviously foreshadows/boils over to what goes down in "Captain America: Civil War."
What's with Black Widow weilding some lightsaber-like fighting sticks?
. . . No matter the answer, somebody is going to get their ass kicked.

1:00 -- Sexual tension between Bruce Banner and Black Widow. Wow. Just wow!

1:09 -- The Avengers jump into action! Best shot of the trailer. Until the very final one, that is!

1:29 -- Cap, that trusty shield of yours doesn't do much against Ultron.

1:36 -- The Hulk vs. Iron Man in his Hulkbuster armor. That battle. Will be. Epic!!

1:39 -- Is Scarlet Witch putting Black Widow under her spell? Or undoing something else?

1:46 -- Thor isn't about to stand down in the middle of battle. "Is that the best you can do?!," the God of Thunder yells to Ultron presumably. Cap's response is classic -- especially when he sees the army of Ultron drones appearing suddenly when their boss summons them: "You had to ask. ..."

1:54 -- What exactly are The Avengers protecting? Obviously it's very important. ... Sorry, a bad fanboy Captain Obvious moment. No insight there.

So I've gone from having my doubts (albeit however small) to be really pumped about seeing "Avengers: Age of Ultron." May 1 can't get here soon enough!

Can I get an amen from my fellow Avengers fans?!?
